Dominique Philippe Bonnet started to practice photography as he was quite young. In fact he did his firsts prints as he was around teen. I the eighties he went to London where he worked for the French Institute of United Kingdom.
He continues during those years to do a lot of photographs and even became correspondent for the Swiss magazine FOTOGRAFIA OLTRE

In the nineties he showed his work in a few galleries in London (ChalkFarm Gallery, Taranman Gallery, etc.) and published some of his work in British magazines like the prestigious BRITISH JOURNAL OF PHOTOGRAPHY.

He then left London for a one year world tour. That was for him a fantastic opportunity to bring back thousands of pictures that he printed on his own through the traditional way.

Today Dominique Philippe Bonnet use digital photography from time to time, but above all he prefers Silver-based Photography and his mysteries...

He works and lives on the Atlantic coast, in the city of La Rochelle. His work is currently shown in a few European galleries.
